This process belongs to Capacity Building Programme II

In this Module we are going to talk about the first steps of Implementation: from creating the fellowship and selecting the Models of Youth Participation to designing the action plans.

The online session for this module will be on Tuesday, November 9, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. CET (Central European Time). To take advantage of this training, we recommend dedicating time and energy to autonomous work, to be carried out between sessions.

Host an introductory session with the Fellowship

After creating the Fellowship of students, host a meeting to introduce them to the BePart project. We suggest including one or two students from the first implementation who will act as mentors, and will help by sharing their experience from the first year. We also invite to take some pictures of the session, you will have time to share the results and feelings of the session with participants team during the workshop .

Readings

For this session, we ask to read the co-creation manual. Also, try to have time to read the recommended documents, which will give you a deeper understanding and knowledge about participation, facilitation and power. During the next session, we will have dedicated time for further discussing and reflecting on these issues.
