Teacher Capacity Building Programme
Hello! My name is Andreia Monteiro, I am a consultant and project manager at Mentortec, Portugal and I'm currently working in education and training initiatives at national and European levels. I have experience in promoting innovation and capacity building of organisations and professionals acting in different files of education (adult education, VET, school education and learning in the workplace), focused on different topics such as: prevention of school leaving, prevention of bullying, development of key-competences (soft, digital, financial and entrepreneurial skills), citizenship and social inclusion. I am very excited to be in the Be Part team and willing to learn with all of you.
